Reservation Policy

 

• All reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis

• A deposit of one night’s charged to a credit card is required to hold a reservation

• You will be responsible for paying for the number of nights you book at least 14 days prior to arrival..

• The person making the reservation must be at least 21 and is responsible for any damages made to the premises by any person in your party and will be charged for all damages to a credit card. Adult making reservation must stay with the group for the duration of the stay.

• Absolutely NO refunds for early departure including inclement weather

 

Rental Policy

Check in is at 3:00 p.m.and check out is at 11:00 a.m.

No Smoking in homes or cabins.There will be a $250 cleanup fee if guest smoke inside the cabin.

No Pets. There will be a $250 fee if guests bring pets inside the cabins.

No ATV’s

No loud noise or music- quiet time after 11:00pm

No littering-trash cans are provided outside each cabin

Cabins & RV sites must be left as you found them

Towels and bed linens are not provided. Available for extra cost.

A $50 housekeeping fee will be applied for unwashed dishes, inside trash not placed in outside trash containers, and cabins left extremely dirty.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days before reservation will refund 50% of deposit

Cancellation less than 30 days before reservation there will be no refund.
